 Blue Water Fishermen's Association response to Sea Turtle SEIS

In compliance with the requirements of the National Environmetal Policy Acr, NMFS prepared a draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement on sea turtle interactions with pelagic longline gear. Blue Water Fishermen's Association submitted these comments in response.
